Mobile
City is the coolest thing to come out of DC since the British.
Undoubtedly the city will now be knwon for being something other
than the murder capital of the world-- having the most literate
couriers. I can see it now: couriers chasing down cab drivers,
grabbing them by their collars at red lights and yelling, "Hey man,
let me read you this poem!" Mobile City will change DuPont Circle
into a fluid stage filled with dread-locked thespians and tattooed
bards, and Machine Wilkins, the notorious grass-roots poet, will
lead the charge. Hooray for Mobile City.
